Enterprise Directory Engineer, Senior

Key Role:

Provide technical expertise and operational Active Directory support for a Cyber-government organization that operates a world-wide enterprise network. Design, configure, operate, monitor, maintain, and document the client’s Active Directory forests and infrastructure across its network, spanning several operational networks and encompassing more than 250,000 user accounts. Provide services for account and group management, security, Windows Internet Name Service, Domain Name Service, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, File Replication Service, Group Policy Objects, and applications, including Lync, System Center Suite, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows Server Operating System, VMware Virtualization, and VMware vCloud. Analyze and enhance organizational Tier I, II, and III business rules and processes to enable the government client to more efficiently and effectively use its resources. Perform Tier III service ticket resolution orientated tasks and provide information to support the client, as required. Provide leadership and management of an integrated team of up to 25 technicians.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with performing Tier I, II, and III Active Directory support across a large-scale IT network

-Experience with the various modules of the Active Directory supporting services, including account and group management, security, Windows Internet Name Service, Domain Name Service, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, File Replication Service, and Group Policy Objects

-Experience with the various modules of the Active Directory supporting applications, including Lync, System Center Suite, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows Server Operating System, VMware Virtualization, and VMware vCloud

-Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

-Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and employing its processes and procedures to enhance service delivery

-Top Secret clearance

-DoD 8570.1M IAT III Certification


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with DoD and Marine Corps Cybersecurity clients

-TS/SCI clearance

-BS degree in an IT-related field of study

-One or more of the following technical certifications: Microsoft Certified Master (MCM), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), VMware Certified Design Expert 5 – Data Center Virtualization (VCDX5-DCV), NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE), and ITIL v3 Foundations Certification


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
