Enterprise Regulatory and Governance Analyst, Mid

Key Role:
Review internal and external agreements, including Interagency Agreements (IAs) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) for style, adherence to templates, and substance. Conduct substantive reviews that may include identifying any overlap or conflict with existing agreements and any references to client or IC policies that have been revised or rescinded. Coordinate IA and MOU matters among internal and external customers. Monitor the progress of agreements, issue identification (ID) numbers to completed agreements, and file signed copies in appropriate repositories. Provide training or mentoring to others, as needed. This position requires the ability to have some flexibility in a core hour schedule.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with records management processes and database management

-Knowledge of SharePoint tools, Microsoft Office tools, and workflow management tools, including Tracking Information Enterprise Response (TIER)

-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including composing and presenting work material to colleagues, customer, and clients

-Ability to work closely with senior leadership

-Ability to implement efficiencies, when possible
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED and 6 years of experience with business processes or reviewing agreements or AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Access
-BA or BS degree and 3 years of experience with the DoD
