Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst

Key Role:

Work with government project managers to prepare, coordinate, monitor, and execute resource actions from program development through budget execution. Offer recommendations to assure compliance with regulatory and legal limitations and restrictions within major resource programs. Apply experience with the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Standard Accounting Budgeting Reporting System (SABRS) to support the Budget Submission Office (BSO) and subordinate command migration, including hierarchy and financial structure constructs. Work as part of an innovative team to help design solutions that promote data-driven decisions, including computational analysis, models, data management systems, business applications, data visualizations, and support.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience as a budget analyst

-2+ years of experience in working with accounting tools, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System (SABRS) and SABRS Management Analysis Retrieval System (SMARTS)

-Experience with analyzing budget estimates and supporting data

-Experience monitoring expenditure of budgeted funds through staff coordination and examination of accounting records

-Experience with entering, cleaning, and conducting basic data manipulation and analysis

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

-Active Secret clearance                

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Command Financial Management Systems (CFMS), Standard Accounting and Reporting System-Field Level (STARS-FL), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Electronic Data Access (EDA), Defense Travel System (DTS), Relational Supply (R-Supply), or General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS)

-Experience with auditing

-Experience with financial statement and internal control audits

-Ability to be highly detail-oriented and organized

-Ability to deliver presentations to senior leadership and high-profile clients

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a large team

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) Certification

-Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) Certification
