Executive Development Programs Senior Manager

Key Role:

Lead the Booz Allen executive development programs in a highly visible role offering the opportunity to have impact at the firm's highest levels. Work directly with the firm's most senior leaders to design, develop, and deliver experiential executive development programs for our global, matrixed organization, including leading our top talent program. Maintain responsibility for continuously improving and measuring the impact of a defined executive development portfolio of courses and programs and collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals that provide deep leadership development expertise, project and program management, and stakeholder engagement. Lead and manage a team of experienced leadership development professionals as you drive integration within the team and across learning and development, with responsibility for budget execution and vendor management.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with leadership development, including design, development, delivery, evaluation, and use of learning technology and simulations and the build out of executive coaching programs, including related service offerings and curricula
-8+ years of experience in a supervisory role with managing a team of deep subject matter experts in executive and leadership development

-5+ years of experience with corporate work in a global, matrixed organization
-Experience in the end-to-end development of executive development programs in a large corporate organization, including discovery interaction with stakeholders, design and creation, evaluation and measurement of program effectiveness, and socialization of initiatives in a senior leadership community

-Experience with program evaluation, including learning and development best practices
-Experience with program management and senior-level facilitation
-Experience in working with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and design training solutions 
-Knowledge of HR disciplines, including competency modeling, workforce planning, performance management, recruiting, and onboarding
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications: (Preferred)
-MBA, MA, or MS degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development or Behavior or other human resources-, business management-, or education-related field
-Completion of a coaching program accredited by the International Coaching Federation
