Executive Program Manager

Key Role:

Manage programs and projects with moderate complexity or part of a larger program. Lead team through with all phases, including concept, development, implementation and closeout. Oversee the work breakdown structure, critical path and change control. Supervise staff and analyze budget, schedules, and operations. Ensure availability of required resources. Serve as a liaison with program and project sponsor, customers and other stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with an environmental program mission support and management, including streamlining government, change management, and data analysis

-Experience in IT systems and strategy to support the strengthening of relationships between project teams and government clients in furtherance of respective missions

-Experience with advising on potential engagements in the infrastructure and environment market, represent at industry conferences, offer expertise on strategic initiatives, including supporting capture and proposal activities

-Active Top Secret

-MA or MS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with streamlining government, change management, data analysis, and IT systems

-Knowledge of IT program management, including development, testing, security and server hosting

-Knowledge of policies, procedures, laws, and regulations on the management of information technology and information management

-Ability to provide subject matter expertise in environmental program mission support and management, including air, water, land, and pesticides

-Ability to serve as a SME on potential engagements in the infrastructure and environment market, represent at industry conferences

-MA or MS degree in Political Science, Public Policy, or Government Administration

-Lean Six Sigma and Project Management Professional Certification, preferred
