Executive Recruiter, Lead

Key Role:
Serve as a lead within an internal hiring team, maintaining responsibility for leading the full life cycle of the recruiting process focused on executive–level roles, manage team members, and help with the continuous enhancement of executive attract and hire processes. Manage the day–to–day interaction with candidates and clients, educate client leadership on market trends, cycle times, and other key performance metrics, and leverage knowledge of business goals and mission to effectively design and execute recruiting strategies to achieve client and business needs. Perform interviews to assess candidate's capabilities, manage the evaluation process and hiring decisions, execute candidate follow–up and feedback, provide guidance on compensation packages, and extend and negotiate employment offer packages. Maintain responsibility for tracking recruiting activity and other metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP and Booz Allen recruiting policies.


Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with recruiting executives, including progressive growth and increased accountability over time in current or past companies

-5+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting role

-Experience with delivering executive hiring results in a professional services environment

-Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal executives and executive candidates

-Experience with delivering results throughout the entire recruiting life cycle

-Experience with providing data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications

-Experience with recruiting both retained search and professional services firms

-Experience with helping to refine executive attract and hire processes in a professional services environment
