Exercise Intelligence Planner, Lead

Key Role:
Provide direct support to meet combatant command (CCMD) strategic and operational level objectives. Coordinate with JFHQ-C AFCYBER, JFHQ-DoDIN, and other CYBERCOM components. Participate in and support exercise execution directly by analyzing the development of scenario events and acting as a white cell or controller participant. Develop, coordinate, and execute events and capabilities within exercises and work with internal and external organizations to provide realistic and valuable advanced training events. Ensure intelligence planning activities are integrated and synchronized with CCMD rhythms. Incorporate network situational awareness information from the intelligence community into plans. Support the inclusion of intelligence support into exercises and ensure processes and procedures can be evaluated.

Basic Qualifications:
-15+ years of experience with leading ISR data analysis and intelligence production
-10+ years of experience in collaborative environments and writing comprehensive and cohesive documents that follow an organization's standards
-10+ years of experience with intelligence and Cyberspace operations
-Experience with the dissemination and communication of the technical content of operational and strategic Cyber threat assessments and products throughout the CCMD
-Experience with using Measures of Performances (MOPs) to evaluate task performance at all levels of war and using Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) to determine the progress of operations toward achieving objectives
-Knowledge of the Joint Planning and Execution Services (JPES), Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP) and Adaptive Planning and Execution System (APEX) or Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES)
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS in CS, Information Security, IT, or Computer Engineering
-Completion of the Cyber Intelligence Field Training Unit (CIFTU) program
-Completion of Joint Cyberspace Operations Planners Course (JCOPC), Joint Advanced Cyber Warfare Course (JAWC), or equivalent course

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience at the Air Operations Center (AOC), Operations Center (OC), or other service component operational level
-Experience as staff at the Numbered Air Force level or above
-Knowledge of Cyber operations, including AFCYBER capabilities or limitations
