Key Role:
Work remotely and independently as part of an integrated team of program management professionals and program and business analysts. Prepare and review briefings, presentations, reports, internal documents, correspondence, and weekly and monthly status input. Review deliverables to ensure technical, programmatic, and strategic goals and objectives are met. Identify possible program risks to client and performance goals. Plan, coordinate, and attend meetings with client and team members.
Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience with explosive ordinance disposal (EOD)
-Experience with planning, analysis, testing, and integration and providing implementation advice for complex problems associated with explosive
-Experience with EOD incident reporting procedures
-Experience with training EOD technicians in incident reporting processes regarding the EOD incident management system (EODIMS)
-Experience as a liaison between military services, including problem resolution of different EOD processes
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
-Experience with scheduling and delivering service-specific functional EOD training
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) as it relates to Level I, II and III exploitations of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and components
-Experience with Joint Service EOD policies
-Experience with Agile, Sprint, and Scrum software development methodologies
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Top Secret clearance preferred
-BA or BS degree
-Graduate of the Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal School
