Facilities Management Support Analyst

Key Role:

Provide IT infrastructure support, including technology refreshes, laptop and equipment tracking, telecommunications, and equipment troubleshooting. Serve as a client's onsite systems administrator and network administrator and coordinate and track annual equipment audits. Oversee work order requests, manage all hardware and software requests, and monitor the office supply to ensure a continuous reserve of required office materials. Receive and process requests for additional office supplies from client program office staff. Provide briefings, documents, and checklists to facilitate the phase-out process. Analyze and maintain office space planning for employees and support government officers creating a more effective and productive office space. Provide monthly reports on the current space plan, including staff and inventory in the office space.

Basic Qualifications:
-6 months of experience in a professional work environment
-Experience as a system or network administrator
-Experience with faculties management
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the DoD

-Secret clearance
