Facilities Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Review Statement of Work (SOW), design criteria, project requirements, request for information (RFI), RFP development for facilities sustainment, and Repair and Modernization (FSRM) projects. Review designs during 30/60/90/100 for final signature. Coordinate construction with affected Hawaii parties, including Naval Facilities Engineering Command resident officer in charge of construction (ROICC) and the base maintenance shops. Review, recommend, and provide engineering evaluations of mission critical structures. Coordinate, validate, and distribute all design plans and specs and project turn over documents to our maintenance division. Work with as-builts, pre-construction, construction, shop drawings, Maintenance Support Information (OMSI) documents, commission reports, utility one-line drawings, beneficial occupancy documents, final inspection deficiency resolution, and beneficial occupancy sign-offs. Review and recommend collateral equipment requirements, oversee critical initiatives, objectives, and all aspects of operations management associated with File Server Resource Manager (FSRM) scope project requirements.

 Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience working in the Engineering field

-3 years of experience working with A/C Direct Digital Controls (DDC) systems and hot water systems Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)

-Knowledge of professional level correspondence and the management programs

-Knowledge of DoD and Marine Corps policies and regulations related to facilities planning, engineering, operations and maintenance projects

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BS degree in Mechanical Engineering

-Professional Engineer License PE License for State of Hawaii

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to interact with various levels at different ranks, authority, positions, both military and civilians

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent customer service skills

-MA degree in Engineering preferred
