Facilities Planner

Key Role:

Work with a diverse team of business analysts and coordinate with senior government officials and community stakeholders to improve the client’s mission sustainment and community partnership programs. Conduct research, interview internal and external stakeholders, and synthesize and interpret findings to deliver diverse business solutions. Resolve critical client challenges as an integral member of the project team through innovative solutions and process improvements. Socialize recommendations, develop presentations, and implement changes across the client organization. Analyze and present relevant data, develop strategic communications and outreach materials, facilitation, and overall program coordination. Support project team and advance the client’s program objectives through research and knowledge management on topics, including DoD mission sustainment, US Air Force and DoD policies, stakeholder engagement, community partnerships, renewable energy, land use planning, urban development, airspace management, facilities planning, and infrastructure management.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with data gathering, analysis, and presentation

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of programs

-Ability to work under tight deadlines

-Ability to build competencies in the areas of basic consulting and assignment performance

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Urban Planning, or CS

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with performing a variety of complex tasks and working with limited supervision

-Ability to be a self-starter and team player in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to be an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem-solver

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent writing skills
