Facilities Project Manager

Key Role:

Work as part of an integrated team of facility engineers and Cybersecurity experts in the firm's expanding Industrial Control System (ICS) Cybersecurity team. Leverage knowledge of several areas of industrial controls, including water and wastewater, heating oil and natural gas, energy, fire and security alarms, lighting, and heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Serve as the facilities and infrastructure subject-matter expert, and interface between the firm’s Cybersecurity experts, the client at the Air Force, and base civil engineering personnel at Air Force locations world-wide. Define the operational and functional requirements of the client to support the Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, specifically ensuring Air Force Civil Engineering mission requirements are considered appropriately during RMF control and implementation. Provide civil engineer subject matter expertise to help incorporate Cybersecurity into Civil Engineer Control System acquisition, operations, and life cycle management. Lead project planning and implementation and regularly communicate with client and firm senior management.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience in DoD facilities and installations engineering

-Experience in construction project management and facility operations

-Secret clearance

-BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in Air Force Civil Engineering

-Experience with Cybersecurity standards and industry best practices implementation

-Experience with various vendors and types of ICS equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and network protocols

-Knowledge of NIST and DoD Cybersecurity requirements

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree
