Federal Grants Solicitation Specialist

Key Role:
Provide project management support to a federal energy client, including project solicitation of research and development programs. Work with a project team to support all aspects of the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) life cycle, including maintaining FOA development, recruiting and assigning reviewers, preparing written reports and briefs to illustrate the down-selection process, and coordinating and supporting meetings held within the US. Work in a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality output on time and within budget. Work directly with the client to assist with developing and executing FOA solicitations successfully. Assist with the implementation of operational policies and procedures, draft memoranda, and participate in various projects. This position is located in Washington, DC.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with program and project support to the Federal Grants life cycle in R&D-type organizations
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to exhibit flexibility and adaptability and be team-oriented
-Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
