Financial Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Advise on the interpretation and tailoring of DoD and client acquisition regulations and memorandums and ensure affordable, supportable, and effective systems are delivered to the client. Work with government project personnel and contracting, as appropriate, ensure that all required documentation is completed and included, and verify Section 508 information, acquisition security forms, or Contract Security Classification Specifications. Assist program managers with developing program and acquisition documentation, create program schedules, track program status, evaluate operational and technical alternatives, perform risk assessments, and manage integrated product teams. Use established client acquisition and financial management policies, procedures, regulations, and tools. Support the GPM in the identification and collection of minimum acquisition requirements and responses to internal and external requests for information. Provide support to the GPM to assure execution within the cost, schedule, and performance baselines. Provide oversight and compliance review of acquisition documentation at all levels of preparation.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with DoD acquisition management, program management, or contract management required

-10+ years of experience with financial analysis

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree or 13+ years of experience with DoD acquisition management, program management, or contract management and PMP, CPCM, or DAWIA Level III Certification in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

-BA or BS degree in an acquisition-related field

-Professional Certification at any level from a recognized institution a plus
