Financial Analyst

Key Role:
Provide broad-based support to the an Air Force client's mission. Serve as a consultant supporting centralized facility design and construction for military construction (MILCON), facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization (FSRM), the Air Force Comprehensive Asset Management Plan (AFCAMP), the Construction Tasking Order (CTO) program and unspecified minor military construction (UMMC) programs worldwide. Support AF personnel in developing, executing, and enhancing the client's design and construction program. Support the client in analytical, decision support, technical review, and data validation across their programs and projects to the CTO. Assist with full spectrum FSRM and MILCON program management support, including document preparation, program analysis, trend analysis, and root cause analysis. Provide programmatic support to the client. This position is located in San Antonio, TX.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience as a manager, financial specialist, or operations research analyst

-Experience with DoD automated date processing systems and data collections and repositories

-Experience with federal, state, or local regulations and statutes and Air Force and DoD regulations

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in Finance or Business

 Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with supporting the AF
-Experience with the CTO program
-Experience with records management, project tracking, SharePoint, and database maintenance
-Knowledge of MILCON processes
-Knowledge of the Automated Civil Engineer System – Project Management (ACES-PM) module, CTO Checkbook database, Interim Work Information Management System (IWIMS), TRIRIGA, Adobe Pro 11, and AF SharePoint

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
