FMS Financial Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide financial management and business process support for an organization within a Navy systems acquisition command. Prepare program budgets and deposit schedules. Populate and maintain real-time data in an online financial management system. Prepare and present FMB presentations. Prepare quarterly financial reports and financial briefings. Work with international banks to process wires transfers between international banks and US banks. This position will be performed on client site and is located in San Diego, CA.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with financial analysis in a DoD program office

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with populating and maintaining Euro funding requests, deposits, Financial Management Boards, modification requests, financial accounting datasheets, and delivery order data for international partners

-Experience in collaborating with an international finance manager to ensure expenditures are properly posted per FMB instructions

-Experience with providing input to WebFMs database administrator on maintenance and enhancements for the program office financial database

-Experience in working with a contracting officer to project a yearly deposit schedule per nations' request or review

-Experience with maintaining levy tracker by comparing vendor and country invoices and US banking statements, ensuring payment and delivery completions are accurate and timely

-Experience with supporting contract administration and close-out of complex contracts, including conducting audits of delivery orders and recommending close-outs for international banking accounts

-MA or MS degree
