Foreign Disclosure Analyst

Key Role: 
Provide USAFRICOM with focused releasable products for African partners. Provide expertise in all source analytics and comprehension of foreign disclosure to develop tailored and responsive releasable products for African partners. Work extensively with command staff and country teams on information sharing methodologies and production. Analyze the development of a comprehensive and effective program that focuses on tailored production for African partners. Support sharing requirements by coordinating with the defense office.
 

Basic Qualifications: 
-5+ years of experience with all source analysis 
-2+ years of experience with foreign disclosure, including working as a foreign disclosure officer or foreign disclosure advisor
-2+ years of experience with foreign disclosure at the Combatant Command level
-Experience with National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1), the DoD information sharing policy, and the Joint doctrine pertaining to security cooperation
-Experience with supporting the DoD, Joint Staff, or a Combatant Command
-Knowledge of how to use the Microsoft Office software suite and programs
-Ability to foster collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at subordinate, peer, and higher levels
-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to rapidly changing client needs and expectations
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
 

Additional Qualifications: 
-Experience in working with interagency partners
-Experience at a Joint or Combined HQ
-Possession of excellent research, organizational, and analytical skills at the strategic and operational levels
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
