Foreign Military Sales Analyst

Key Role:

Support a Navy client with program office foreign military sales (FMS) procedures, strategic planning, communication, and outreach and support the client with internal and external FMS stakeholders. Manage the day-to-day tracking and reporting of FMS case activity. Leverage expertise in Navy or maritime and FMS market industry standards and best practices for an acquisition program. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results. Perform as a key adviser to the program office on FMS program management and interface with government technical project managers to ensure support provided meets or exceeds all work performance objectives and standards.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with FMS programs and the FMS life cycle

-Experience with Microsoft Office tools  

-Knowledge of maritime processes, including acquisition, shipboard operations, maintenance and life cycle sustainment

-Knowledge of FMS systems and case tracking tools
-Ability to be resourceful, detail-oriented, and manage the prioritization of own work

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with foreign clients, export control, and ITAR issues

-Possession of excellent analytical skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
