Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst

Key Role:

Interface directly with the client, various offices, and external naval activities. Manage the day-to-day tracking and reporting of FMS case activity. Manage the status of all foreign military students on the FMS case. Program international military student training tracks into a defense management system. Communicate with multiple US government officials to obtain required FMS documents and determine the status of these documents and resolve discrepancies. Review and generate monthly FMS student status reports from US Navy training organizations and International Military Student Officers (IMSO) and report status of open documents to the client. Obtain required reports for the review and analyze the information. 

Basic Qualifications:

-7 years of experience with FMS maritime training programs, including student processes 

-Experience with Microsoft Office tools  

-Experience with the oversight of FMS case funded students participating in US Navy training programs

-Experience with US Navy training program support

-Knowledge of US Navy courses and systems

-Ability to be resourceful, detail-oriented, and manage prioritization of own work

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with using FMS case tracking tools, including Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), SANWeb, Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Case Execution Performance Tool (CEPT)

-Experience with large US Navy platform training programs for international students

-Experience with International Security Cooperation Policy and ITAR compliance

-Possession of excellent analytical skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
