Front Office Support Associate, Junior

Key Role:
Support the VA office in various administrative and program management requests. Manage standard operating processes and contract staff onboarding and off boarding, manpower reports, and training certificates, and update processes, if necessary. Respond to VA requests, maintain responsibility of the overall process, and farm out responses, if they require a technical subject matter expert (SME) review. Manage all reporting requirements for All Hands and BAH All Hands distribution lists and meeting management and coordinate the slide preparation and meeting presenters. Handle stakeholder management for client. Maintain responsibility for client’s SharePoint sites, as necessary, Government furnished equipment (GFE) asset list and the Integrated Funds Control Point Activity (IFCAP) process, VA Personal Assistance Services (PAS) status list, and staff awards and birthday contact lists. Support VA in ad-hoc, quick turnaround task, and requests from senior VA leadership, including creating client presentations concerning the client’s office and direction or recent accomplishments, and qualifications for various internal reporting requirements.


Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with program and project management or direct Project Management Office (PMO) support
-2+ years of experience with government consulting
-Experience with technical writing and analysis
-Experience with process improvement initiatives
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Veterans Affairs
-Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills
-Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification
-Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus
