Full Stack/Java Software Developer

This role is more than just coding. We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. Using a fast-paced, flexible Agile methodology on a modernized Cloud platform, you’ll build Web sites expected to feature advanced techniques and functions to satisfy the various customers we serve. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You Have:

-5+ years of experience with full stack Java and J2EE development

-Experience with developing in Java Web servers, including SOAP or RESTFul using the Open source frameworks, such as Axis, CXF, and JAX-WS

-Experience with using XML technologies, including XML, XSD, XSL, and JAXB

-Experience with developing front-end technologies, including Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, JSP, and Struts 1.0 and 2.0

-Experience with using testing frameworks, including Junit and TestNG 

-Experience with using Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Lean, or Kanban

-Experience with JBoss

-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with JIRA or Rally

-Experience with Cloud and DevOps 

-Experience with CI and CD tools, including Ansible and Jenkins a plus

-Knowledge of Automated Test-Driven Development (ATDD) tools, including Selenium, Protractor, Jasmin, or Cucumber

-Ability to work under challenging deadlines and constraints

-BA or BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
