General Management Consultant, Mid

Key Role:
Provide business transformation support to clients through a combination of business process analysis and documentation, organizational performance measurement, strategic planning, change management, and data analysis. Drive organizational assessment and strategic planning efforts, including facilitating working sessions, conducting outreach and research, drafting planning documents, documenting business processes, executing or overseeing implementation of strategic action items, and briefing stakeholders on progress. Comprehend key elements of change management, including stakeholder engagement and communications, to enable effective implementation of operational or technological changes. Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods of organizational analysis. Work with analysts to conduct deeper data analysis and translate key findings into strategic recommendations for clients. Support ongoing and ad hoc priorites and collaborate with team and clients to determine level of effort and prioritization for each. Identify and pursue opportunities to provide additional support to key client challenges.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with data analytics, client-based solutions, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or law enforcement support analysis

-Ability to transform collated data into visual graphics

-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for client delivery, including troubleshooting potential database or or operational issues for key stakeholders

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Tableau, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), ArcGIS, or Agile technology

-Knowledge of databases or work processes currently used by Homeland Security

-Knowledge of key client databases preferred

-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word preferred

-Public Trust or DHS Suitability clearance
