GEOINT Enterprise Integration Engineer

Key Role:

Ensure integration of AF–DCGS processes, methodologies, and proposed engineering solutions to ensure performance of the total system. Provide acquisition, logistics, policy, planning, programming, and financial support while considering the stakeholder’s vision and initiatives. Analyze, present, and execute strategic plans, roadmaps, analyses, assessments, and lessons–learned. Analyze or modify procedures to solve complex problems while considering mission support equipment requirements, obsolescence challenges, capability development, and system and equipment delivery need timelines. Apply technical knowledge of supported systems and equipment while considering strategic implications to current and future business environment and Materiel Release and hand–off or accountability procedures. Apply leading–edge principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments and contribute to the advancement of industry knowledge in the area of expertise. Solve the most complex technical problems of critical importance to the organization's technical direction.


Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with AF–DCGS GEOINT operations, planning, policy, acquisition, and sustainment

-7 years of experience with AF–DCGS and GEOINT sensors and ground processing systems

-Ability to provide strategic and technical advice regarding AF–DCGS weapon system GEOINT software, hardware, infrastructure, and site configuration issues

-Ability to generate and present findings, presentations, and reports and engage with government clients, executive leadership, staff support, and internal and external stakeholders

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in EE, Electronic Engineering, or ME or 8 years of experience with AF-DCGS GEOINT operations, planning, policy, acquisition, and sustainment in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree


Additional Qualifications: 

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Active TS/SCI clearance preferred

-Lean Six Sigma Certification, including Green or Black Belt

-SAFe Methodologies or Agile Execution Certification, including SAFe Agilist or SAFe Practitioner, CSM, or CSPO

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
