Global HR Shared Services Director

Key Role:
Build a vision, strategy, success metrics, and a scalable delivery model for all global HR operational processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders to redefine business partner and service center responsibilities and gain the buy–in and support for a shared services center that is focused on service excellence, is optimized, enabled by technology and expertise, and continuously improves the employee experience. Promote the cultural change and experience necessary via increased employee self–service firm–wide. Partner closely with internal leaders to transform our delivery model and ensure consistent and efficient implementation of global processes, procedures, and tools. Establish a long–term vision, delivery model, and change management plan for a global shared HR service center that is scalable and enabled by technology. Collaborate with Global People Services, HRBPs, and COEs in transactions, training needs, updating knowledgebase, escalating cases and process improvements, build the service center branding strategy that promotes the refreshed delivery model, and create a quality experience for all employees, including people services colleagues. Champion the cultural change necessary within the internal organization and the business to drive the adoption of standardized processes and quality delivery, establish success metrics to build credibility and value, and communicate changes in process proactively.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with HR Operations and business partner delivery, including driving transformation and change via a shared services organization

-Experience with or leadership of multiple HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, total rewards, HR delivery, and IT capabilities in business partner teams

-Experience with mergers and acquisitions

-Experience with using data and analytics to establish and evolve measures meaningful to the business and organization

-Ability to demonstrate comfort and confidence in leading through change

-Ability to establish excellent business and peer relationships necessary to drive success

-Ability to be results driven

-Ability to travel occasionally

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent leadership and consulting skills to effectively engage with senior leaders and lead teams

-BA or BS degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
