Global Mobility Operations Analyst

Key Role:

Serve as a part of a team to provide consultative advice to fuel talent mobility and immigration solutions as the firm scales their international footprint and consulting portfolio and support daily administrative and operational activities for an internal program. Perform within a fast-paced role, on a developing team that fosters a collaborative and innovative environment with an excellent customer centric focus that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven services. Manage and prioritize competing requests while achieving customer SLAs in a fast-paced environment and leverage knowledge of recruiting programs, enterprise HR systems, and international relocation and expatriate assignments. Draft assignment agreements within program service-level delivery time, manage daily HRIS tasks relating to global mobility, and calculate and coordinate allowances via HRIS system and payroll, including calculating allowances and recoupments. Run ad hoc reports for the global mobility manager and mobility specialists, answer any 2nd tier line questions from help desk tickets, recruiters, employees, and managers on assignment agreements and allowances, and troubleshoot allowance issues for assignees, managers, and global mobility specialist. partners with global mobility case specialist, third-party providers and a relocation management company, and work closely with recruiting in the execution of assignment agreements and initiations to a relocation management company.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with global mobility, relocation, global immigration, recruiting, or compensation

-Experience with an HRIS system

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Mail Merge and Outlook

-Experience with Microsoft Excel, including v-look ups and developing macros

-Ability to analyze data


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the State Department and Mercer Cost of Living Allowance Tables

-Experience with Workday

-Experience with SharePoint

-Ability to be a self-starter and extremely organized

-Ability to prioritize time and display a keen sense of urgency

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of an excellent analytical and client service-orientation skills

-BA or BS degree
