GMC Cybersecurity Professional

Key Role:
Apply expertise in Cybersecurity, including technical architecture, systems and network security, security program development, change management, organization assessment and design, human capital, strategic planning, talent management, and general management consulting to government and commercial clients. Work closely with clients to solve key Cybersecurity strategy and workforce challenges. Synthesize and analyze complex information and work with the broader team to develop high-quality interim and final deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Assist with building and growing existing Cybersecurity offerings and delivering client engagements, including marketing and proposal development, delivery and execution, and working in a team environment. Ensure the successful performance of vulnerability and risk analyses on computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle. Provide assessments and implementations of solutions to meet network security requirements and modernization efforts.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience in the Cybersecurity field, including conducting security and risk assessments, developing mitigations, and analyzing the development of Cybersecurity strategies, plans, and roadmaps to solve organizational level security problems
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of how to capture new trends in technology and Cybersecurity and translate them into capabilities and go to market strategies
-Knowledge of network fundamentals, including OSI model and TCP/IP protocol suite, scripting languages and data extraction techniques, and databases and their role in aiding in analysis
-Ability to be self-motivated and multi-task with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple views and data sets, analyze data, and produce high quality analytical reports
-BS degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or Data Science

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in the health, financial services, government, and energy fields preferred
-Possession of excellent time management and organizational skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MBA or MS degree in Cybersecurity, CS, or a related field
-Advanced Cybersecurity Certifications, including GSLC, CAP, CISM, CISSP, CEH, and CCSP
