Go-to-Market Manager

Key Role:

Deliver go-to-market strategies for launching solutions among target markets that drive demand for products, leveraging integrated marketing strategies, client insights, and CRM. Serve as the expert on key market segments, the buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria, communicate the value proposition of products and solutions to the client-facing teams, and develop sales enablement tools to support the selling process. Identify and develop entrance strategies for new market segments or sales channels aligned to innovative solutions and drive a supporting CRM approach. Develop product messaging framework to ensure alignment with BAH brand promise and messaging and manage the development of case studies and all related marketing collateral. Develop detailed and insightful metrics-based programs and detailed KPI tracking on all marketing and communications campaigns. Build relationships with and partner with finance and product teams to develop business models and ROI outlook. Drive product adoption by analyzing post-launch product changes, creating market-facing programs and providing effective product launch support to sales and partners, inform the roadmap, as appropriate, and develop playbooks to help sales and marketing teams stay ahead.

Basic Qualifications: 

-Experience with creating and implementing proven, successful demand creation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration programs

-Experience with marketing content development and management, including whitepapers, presentations, blogs, positioning papers, and product collateral

-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, CRM, including Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce, marketing automation, including Eloqua and Marketo, and business intelligence tools

-Ability to display a high degree of personal accountability to take measured risks and set bold goals

-Ability to translate solutions understanding into a compelling story for clients that clearly articulates the product’s strategy, benefits, and differentiation when using BAH products and services

-Ability to develop working relationships with clients, senior executives, engineering teams, and other product and marketing groups across an organization

-BA or BS degree and 7 years of experience with marketing B2B software solutions to government or commercial markets
