Graphics Designer

Key Role:

Design and develop complex graphics and illustrations for use in technical materials, manuals, and publications. Operate computer hardware and software to prepare, revise, print, and store text, illustrations, graphs, and charts and operate video and cameras for the design and production of photos and videotape. Formulate concepts and render illustrations and details from models, sketches, memory, oral or written instructions, and imagination. Perform inking and paste-up, select type, draw lettering, lay out material, or perform related duties. Determine style, technique, and medium best suited to produce preferred effects and conform with reproduction requirements or follow specific instructions regarding these variables. Provide work leadership for junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with graphics design

-Experience with creating graphics for products in the intelligence community (IC)

-Experience with creating marketing materials

-Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office products at an expert level

-Experience with Web-based development using HTML and JavaScript

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while also maintaining attention to detail and serving customers with ease

-Active TS/SCI clearance required

-BA or BS degree required
