Health Deployment Business Systems Analyst, Senior

The Challenge:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your program analysis skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst examining how those resources are used and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we provide project management support to a DoD Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to be deployed worldwide at all military treatment facilities. You'll maintain responsibility for the development or identification of processes improvement techniques to support smooth implementation. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll keep team leads and government leadership abreast of deployment status, including offering various courses of actions for consideration and using standard tracking and reporting tools for effective management of deployment activities. Perform analysis on open and incomplete tasks and their priority and analyze the development of a solution to get a pertinent project back on track. You'll ensure effective communication across clients and support staff and coordinate with contract support staff to identify challenges, determine solutions, and make recommendations. Get ready to demonstrate your expertise in a variety of health systems implementation concepts, practices, and procedures and support a variety of special projects as assigned and  provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be a top level contributor and specialist. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to directly improve the military health industry by developing program strategy and eliminating risks across projects. Join us and help make sure program stays on-time and within budget as we improve the electronic health record experience for our service members.
