Health Program Analyst

Key Role:

Provide project management and operations support to a high-profile DoD Acquisition Program Management Office (PMO), specifically providing support to a systems engineering interfaces team. Maintain responsibility for the development and editing of executive briefings, action item collection and monitoring, development of templates and standard tracking tools, and processes for effective program management. Coordinate the work of several senior-level subject matter experts to ensure consistency across the team. Review, analyze, and manage incident tickets and associate them with specific system interfaces. Support client meetings, including preparing meeting agendas and capturing minutes. Support a variety of special projects, as assigned. Provide backup support to the senior project manager.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with project management

-5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

-3+ years of experience with preparing client executive briefings and reports

-Experience with a variety of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts, practices, and procedures

-Experience with Remedy, IBM Jazz, or other system and software life cycle and collaboration tools

-Experience with using SharePoint for knowledge management

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Ability to be self-motivated and add value to the organization

-Ability to meet deadlines, remain flexible, adhere to project plans, and ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of management team

-Ability to be detail-oriented

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organization skills

-Public Trust or Secret clearance
