Health Project Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide program management support to a DoD defense business system (DBS) program. Participate in various phases of the DoD acquisition process with an emphasis on planning, analysis, and program controls. Coordinate the completion of DoD acquisition projects. Oversee all aspects of projects to include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Apply expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures to planning and accomplishing goals. Lead and direct the work of others while leveraging a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with project management

-3+ years of experience with Acquisition Category (ACAT) I programs

-1+ years of experience with preparing client executive briefings and reports

-Experience with schedule management and program controls

-Experience with using SharePoint for knowledge management

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with leading a team and providing planning, analysis and material support

-Experience with supporting acquisition programs or providing support to a DoD program management office

-Ability to learn quickly and be a critical thinker and active listener

-Ability to be self-motivated and add value to the organization

-Ability to meet deadlines, remain flexible, adhere to project plans, and ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team

-Ability to be detail-oriented

-Secret clearance
