Healthcare Operations Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide healthcare consulting services to support a federal healthcare program working on purchased care contract actions and requirements. Conduct data gathering and analyses, coordinate and facilitate client meetings, schedules, and action item tracking. Research, review, interpret, and apply comprehension of healthcare program topics and how they pertain to purchased care contracting activities to advise clients through key decisions and contract management procedures. Apply process improvement techniques and assist with the development of standard operating procedures and support high-level presentation capture for client review and briefings. Work in a fast-paced, mission-focused, team setting that necessitates managing various client requests simultaneously.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in the healthcare consulting or federal government consulting environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint

-Ability to work effectively in a team setting with specific deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), or other federal healthcare entity

-Experience with federal acquisition or contract management policies, processes, and procedures

-Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

-Ability to gather, analyze, conceptualize, and interpret independently and quickly

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Public Trust clearance

-BA or BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field
