Healthcare Planning Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Support clients with healthcare planning. Adapt quickly to comprehend each health client’s operations and planning needs and addressing challenges employing market research, including supplying or demanding analysis and projections, financial analysis and projections, and strategic planning support. Work with subject matter experts to optimize business operations and provide strategic planning support to health clients.

Basic Qualifications:

-14+ years of experience with healthcare strategic planning within a hospital, health system or management consulting environment

-Experience with healthcare data analysis, including developing data queries and data models

-Experience with Microsoft Excel and Visio for business modeling

-Knowledge of healthcare data, healthcare systems, health plans, and medical groups

-Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient operational structures

-Knowledge of the US healthcare regulatory environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with commercial healthcare systems, medical groups, or health plans as a planner, or hospital administrator

-Experience with managing small teams

-Experience with strategic planning in a healthcare system, medical group, or health plan

-Knowledge of decision-making processes and political dynamics of issues

-Ability to build consensus with stakeholders

-Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, and team-oriented environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MHA, MBA, MPH, or MS degree in Healthcare preferred
