Healthcare Project Manager

Key Role:

Work with project management support within the DoD to develop executive briefings, compilation of program management reports, action item collection and monitoring, develop standard tracking and reporting tools for effective program management, and a variety of special projects, as assigned. Document and track a team schedule and risks for inclusion in program management tools. Facilitate team meetings, prepare presentations, capture meeting minutes, coordinate team input and responses to short suspense taskers, and ensure effective communication across clients and support staff. Support the development of key deliverables and develop executive-level reports, government briefings, and other support visualization products. Coordinate with contract support staff to identify challenges, determine solutions, and make recommendations. Provide backup support to the senior project manager.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with project management

-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project

-3 years of experience with risk management

-Experience with systems engineering infrastructure concepts, processes, and procedures

-Experience with preparing client executive briefings, reports, and memos

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-MA or MS degree

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills
-Public Trust clearance

-Project Management Certification
