Help Desk Analyst

Key Role:

Provide end user support for a mission critical system for a federal law enforcement client. Join a large Agile team supporting continued system development and maintenance. Stay abreast of new functionality added through regular software releases. Communicate and respond to help desk requests effectively and professionally across multiple mediums, including in-person, phone, and e-mail. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments. Exhibit technical and operational proficiency in solving problems of moderate complexity. Contribute to the completion of projects and programs in the area of expertise.


Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with working in a help desk environment

-Ability to work a 3:30pm to 12:00am shift

-Active Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with scripting or PowerShell a plus


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
