Help Desk Support Specialist

Key Role:

Manage requests for assistance from the field regarding criminal justice performance measures, data collection and program assessment, and grants management. Analyze and prepare reports pertaining to the delivery of assistance to consumers. Provide support to users of applications that support justice grant programs. Assist with providing subject matter expertise for specific justice projects and tasks. Assist with the analysis of performance measures and other justice data. Assist with communicating research and analytical findings orally and in writing to a variety of audiences. 


Basic Qualifications:

-1 year of experience with providing customer service and performance support

-Experience with data management, analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, and performance measurement

-Experience in working with and supporting senior leadership
-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree
