HR/Recruiting Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a dynamic, full life cycle recruiter and provide broader human resource support for a team leading regional expansion in the MENA region. Maintain responsibility for executing regional talent acquisition strategies and initiatives and bring on board rock star candidates to join consulting and other practices. Execute the recruiting role and serve as the HR generalist for the team in MENA, supporting a range of HR activities, including training, resource management, and onboarding. Deploy knowledge of MENA employment laws and MENA human resource practices. Develop strategies to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns, and proactively identify talent challenges, work with the team to create impactful solutions to address them, maintain responsibility for hiring contractors and temporary employees, and manage relationships and activity with third party vendors when needed. Take ownership of talent search and engagement and end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding, implement and execute talent management strategy to fill critical positions in both Cyber and consulting roles and build brand recognition in the MENA markets, work with professors and career placement teams in local universities to identify potential candidates for permanent or internship positions, manage the scheduling of face-to-face and phone interviews with potential candidates, foster dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners within the account, and support business leaders and staff in a range of HR activities, including retention, performance management, compensation administration, and employee relations among others.

Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting

-Experience with practical recruiting and HR, working in MENA region employment laws, and MENA region HR business practices

-Experience with recruiting and screening professionals, student interns, and upcoming graduate candidates from MENA region universities

-Ability to manage vendors providing candidate placement support

-Ability to maintain productivity in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities

-Ability to be legally authorized to work in the MENA region

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with recruiting candidates within the Cyber domain and in other technical skillsets

-Experience in working on workforce initiatives with MENA region university systems and MENA region government ministries

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent rapport building skills
-BA or BS degree
