Human Capital Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for trend analysis and predictive modeling to evaluate and communicate results effectively to aid a decision-making process that can affect the business, including process and organizational change. Build analysis to comprehend the interconnectedness of employee programs that may influence the employee value proposition. Identify and determine the appropriate data to be analyzed to support the objectives of a project. Provide solutions to highly complex and ambiguous issues. Apply expertise in advanced expertise and serve as a mentor to junior-level staff.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with working alongside intelligence analysts

-3+ years of experience with supporting the intelligence community (IC)

-Experience in assisting with human resources planning and execution and workforce planning efforts

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Clearance:
