Human Capital Strategist

The Challenge:

Are you passionate about helping organizations understand and reach their goals? We’re looking for you: a strategy consultant who can identify an organization’s long-term goals and show it how to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the Civil Health Market. As a strategy consultant on our team, you’ll engage with clients at the senior level to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to transform. As the strategy expert, you’ll anticipate your client’s needs as you create their way forward. You Have:

-8+ years of experience with providing strategic human capital services

-Experience with workforce planning, including conducting workforce supply and demand analysis, workload analysis, assessment of gaps and risks, and solutions development

-Experience with organization design, organization transformation, change management, succession management, career pathing, competency development, or human capital strategy
-Experience with consulting work, including analyzing client issues, determining data collection and data analysis strategies, strategizing potential solutions, and preparing client-ready reports
-Experience with contributing to projects in a fast-paced, high intensity team-oriented environment
-MA, MS, or MBA degree

Nice If You Have:

-2+ years of experience with government consulting or working for the federal government
-Experience with supporting shared services transformation projects, including consulting on shared services organization design and structure and managing shared services transition

-Public Trust clearance preferred
