Human Capital Transformation/Modernization Consultant, Senior

Key Role:

Provide both quantitative and qualitative analysis and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital and culture, enterprise cost reduction, and management practices. Conduct organizational assessments and identify and address people impacts or human capital implications of transformation efforts. Consult on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to improve client performance, including revenue, end user or customer satisfaction, and mission achievement. Improve operations and increase process efficiency, support data collection approach development, and support or lead data collection activities, including research, interviews, and focus groups. Examine complex systems and consult on the development of business case analyses to support transformation efforts, monitor information needs, and design new or modify existing systems, programs, procedures, and policies to meet changing requirements. Serve as a liaison to functional client staff in resolving concerns and identifying innovation opportunities and assist with developing service offerings and intellectual capital for transformation efforts focused on shared services and alternate service delivery models. Serve as a practitioner with more than one area of expertise in the management consulting pillars and other functional communities.


Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with change management, business analysis, workforce planning, HR analytics, employee engagement, or corporate strategic planning
-6+ years of experience with conducting organizational assessments, conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, and making recommendations for improvement
-4+ years of experience with supporting large dispersed client organizations in the federal or private sector
-4+ years of experience in working with human capital strategy, organizational development, or change management
-Experience with transforming or improving mission support and back-office functions through consolidation, outsourcing, shared services, or centers of excellence, including finance, information technology, human resources, and procurement
-Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
-Experience with leading others towards project goals
-Knowledge of how organizational design, processes, and technology integrate within an organization to support the mission or organizational objectives
-BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Organizational Strategy, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field


Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with developing business development documents, including white papers
-Experience with exercising high professional judgment
-Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree in Business Administration, Organizational Strategy, Organizational Development, STEM, or a related field preferred
-Human Capital or Change Management Certification preferred
