Human Dimension Analyst Lead

Key Role:

Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex or highly sensitive systems, policies, processes, and instrumentation related to foreign threats or homeland security. Determine procedures for solving complex design, integration, and analytical problems. Perform or direct scientific and technical intelligence analysis. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results. Provide work leadership for lower level employees.


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with Army Human Dimension concepts, including Cognitive Dominance, such as improved cognition, improved emotional intelligence, improved intelligence quotient, improved problem-solving or decision-making, and improved attention and memory, Optimize Human Performance, such as improved ethical decision-making, accelerated inculcation of Army values, and leadership theory, and Institutional Agility, such as talent management, accelerated learning, and leader development

-3+ years of experience with working in the Army concepts and capabilities development community of practice

-3+ years of experience with the Army’s Capability Needs Analysis (CNA) process

-Experience with DOTMLPF-P domains and analysis, JCIDS process and capabilities development, concept of operations (CONOPS), and Army functional concepts

-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

-Knowledge of TRADOC Pamphlet 525-3-7, The US Army Concept for Human Dimension

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) or Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC)

-Experience with headquarters processes, including requirements development and developing and organizational strategies

-Knowledge of Army capability developments processes and the Joint Capability Development Integration System (JCIDS)
