Human Resources Administration Coordinator

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for responding to client inquiries initiated primarily through the help desk concerning benefit, leave, termination, and other HR and policy issues, including working on the Service Now ticketing system, answering calls transferred from the help desk, and managing leave cases, such as short term disability and military leave. Consult with and advise employees on eligibility and provisions and other benefits matters. Serve as a liaison between employees and insurance carriers. Work on assignments that require detailed knowledge of Booz Allen's functional policies and practices. Handle client inquiries and answers correspondence independently. Provide information to employees regarding established human resources policies, benefits, forms, records, and practices. Conduct benefit presentations to staff, as needed.


Basic Qualifications:
-2 years of experience with HR and benefits, including handling employee inquiries and claim resolution

-Experience with heavy call volumes and employee escalations

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

-Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects to completion

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Workday

-Possession of excellent customer service skills
-BA or BS degree
