HUMINT/CI Reports Officer and Collection Requirements Manager

Key Role:

Provide support to the full range of counterintelligence (CI) activities, including supporting CI investigations and operations and conducting CI analysis. Provide HUMINT and CI reports management support to ensure reports are written according to SOP and guidelines and address HUMINT and CI collection requirements. Assist with the development of HUMINT and CI reports from raw source reporting, law enforcement data, and other data sources.

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with national or strategic level HUMINT or CI reports and collection requirements management 
-Knowledge of strategic HUMINT or CI collection and collection management concepts, principles, and practices
-Knowledge of CI principles and their application to HUMINT operations support
-Knowledge of a broad range of analytic contacts and all-source methodologies and toolsets, including manipulating and visualizing large datasets using Palantir or equivalent software

-Knowledge of the following primary collection requirements management systems: Microsoft capabilities, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint, CI and HUMINT requirements, the Reporting and Operational Management Environment, including CHROME, HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR), Collection Requirement Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE), Source Operations Management Module (SOMM), and Multi-Media Messaging (M3)

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with supporting Joint commands or the national intelligence community (IC) 
-Experience in the South Korean theater
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including HUMINT or CI report writing and reviewing, briefing senior government leadership, and publishing analytic products for senior and policymaker use
-BA or BS degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Criminal Justice, World History or Politics, or related field

-Military HUMINT or CI Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
