HUMINT Collection Manager

Key Role:

Support an Army client performing the analytical, administrative, and coordination duties necessary to carry out HUMINT collection management and production officer responsibilities under limited supervision. Edit, coordinate, disseminate, and track all intelligence information reports (IIRs) and notices of intelligence potential (NIPs) as well as all associated evaluations, source directed requirements (SDRs), and FINTEL. Instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with intelligence operations and their various disciplines, functions, processes, and documentation, including collection management and HUMINT operations or writing analytical products following IC directives and guidance

-2 years of experience in HUMINT collection operations management

-1 year of experience in HUMINT collection requirements management

-Knowledge of IC policies, regulations, procedures, and processes pertinent to collection management

-Knowledge of Army structure and defense-level intelligence operations, including intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products

-Active TS/SCI clearance required

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis

-Experience with HOTR, SOMM, CHROME, CORE-D, CRATE, ICE, and other pertinent collection management tools and databases

-Experience with using Excel and Access databases

-Experience with intelligence automated systems.

-Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines

-Knowledge of state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools

-Ability to deliver global situational awareness to support the planning, synchronization, decision-making, and execution of client missions

-Ability to manage research and coordination for projects

-Ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks

-Possession of excellent research and analytic skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material, such as the use of multimedia presentations

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred

-Intelligence Collection and Analysis Certification or specialized training
