HUMINT Targeting Analyst

Key Role:

Conduct multi-discipline advanced research and analysis for a Special Operations Command (SOC) to develop comprehensive lead development packages (LDP) based off targets developed by SOC and US national level organizations. Develop detailed targeting audiences, define targeting specifics, and quantifiable LDP collection. Fuse intelligence data from multi-discipline intelligence, including human, signal, communication, imagery, open source, and industrial. Use advanced targeting expertise and comprehensive knowledge of the operational cycle for each phase of targeting and target networks or individuals within networks and identify vulnerabilities for exploitation. 


Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with national collection architecture and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operational environments

-3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting, including strategic HUMINT targeting in direct support of operational HUMINT collectors 

-Experience with an open source intelligence collection, including processing, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination processes

-Knowledge of national and tactical analysis and HUMINT reporting vehicles and tools

-Knowledge of HUMINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination processes

-Ability to perform CONUS and OCONUS travel

-Ability to work flexible shifts in support of real-world operations

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-National Level Certification in Targeting


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with an open source intelligence, including identifying, reporting, and processing multiple mission types

-Knowledge of HUMINT collection and processing, computer protocols, and communications technologies

-Ability to display ingenuity, resourcefulness, and application of highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts

-Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods

-BA or BS degree or 8+ years of experience with the intelligence community 


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
