Identity Activities Technician

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for supporting a government program with US Army Europe (USAREUR). Develop and implement identity intelligence disciplines, including biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX. Provide specialized training, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of equipment, including color metric and narcotics detection kits to more advanced chemical analysis technologies. Maintain responsibility for maintenance and training of the latest technologies on biometric and MEDEX devices. Conduct training on the biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX processes involving collecting, matching, storing, analyzing, and sharing biometric, forensic, and DOMEX data and provide fundamental tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) at the tactical and operational level. Conduct assessment visits to US, allies, and partners troops and facilities.


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX disciplines at tactical and operational levels with strategic governance and programs

-Experience in conducting pre-mission and validation training with training and mentoring of biometrics and IDAC disciplines

-Ability to operate and teach employment and operation of devices, including AHURA True or First Defender and the SABRE 4000 and 5000, Operational XRY, ENCASE, Cellebrite, FTK, ADF G2, AFIX software, and SIMIS EXAM

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED and 11+ years of experience with biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX disciplines at tactical and operational levels and strategic governance and programs, AA or AS degree and 8+ years of experience with biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX disciplines at tactical and operational levels and strategic governance and programs, or BA or BS degree and 3+ years of experience with biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX disciplines at tactical and operational levels and strategic governance and programs


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with IDAC and Biometrics in Theater

-Ability to operate and teach employment and operation of devices, including SEEK or Bio-sled

-Ability to operate and teach employment and operation of devices, including RapidHIT DNA and ANDE

-Graduate of an advanced NCO or Officer Course


Clearance:
