Identity and Access Management Engineer, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) analyst with expertise in implementing IAM frameworks and components within organizations. Apply comprehension of how to implement processes and technologies to meet the IAM needs within an organization. Maintain responsibility for articulating and authoring multiple findings, recommendations, and artifacts while interfacing with key stakeholders to implement IAM solutions. Leverage expertise in IAM to ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms are aligned with policies and standards. Promote functional and operational improvements based on detailed comprehension of applications and systems security capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with deploying IAM solutions, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and authentication and authorization

-3+ years of experience with designing and architecting large-scale IAM solutions

-2+ years of experience with authoring Cybersecurity guidance, including policies, strategies, and whitepapers

-Experience with one or more IAM products, including directories, multi-factor authentication, provisioning tools, and single-sign-on tools

-Experience with supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure or AWS

-Experience in communicating with clients at multiple levels of an organization

-Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP design and configuration
-Knowledge of the engineering life cycle and change management

-Secret clearance

-DoD 8570 Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Identity as a Service vendors, including Ping Identity, Oracle, and Microsoft

-Experience with CyberArk and SailPoint

-Experience with HSPD-12, FIPS 201-2, FICAM, OMB 11-11, FedRAMP, PCI, FISMA, or NIST 800-53, 800-63, 800-79-2, or 800-157 policies and standards a plus

-Experience with IAM industry Standards of Operations Procedures (SOPs)

-Knowledge of Enterprise Directory architecture

-Knowledge of SANS security controls

-Knowledge of CERT Resilience Management Model (CERT-RMM)

-BA or BS degree
