Information Assurance Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Perform Information Assurance (IA) support in the development and maintenance of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) or Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages for various information technology efforts for the systems using DIACAP and Risk Management Framework (RMF). Identify, evaluate, and determine hardware and software compliance by scanning devices and systems, and running DoD required and approved Cybersecurity tools, including documenting exceptions and false positive findings. Ensure the systems receive the proper Authority to Operate (ATO) and Platform Risk Approval (PRA).

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience as a subject matter expert in IA compliance

-Knowledge of project milestone development, management reporting, assessments to work packages, changes to software products, troubleshooting problems with IA documentation, POA&Ms, and process development and refinement, including leading or managing one or more components of the IA management process

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-CISSP/CISM or GSLC/CASP Certification

-Certification in Network Technology and IA Tools

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) or Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes

-Knowledge of DIACAP and Risk Management Framework (RMF)

-Knowledge of Authority to Operate (ATO) and Platform Risk Approval (PRA)

-Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

Clearance:
