Information Integration Officer Airborne Instructor

Key Role:

Analyze a variety of information and intelligence relevant to the threats facing the systems, assets, and resources critical to the nation and develop relevant research studies and recommendations. Apply knowledge of all RC-135 Information Integration Officer (IIO) training needs and requirements. Analyze, develop, and implement scenario-based enhancements to incorporate multiple position training. Advise client and team leads on improvements to training development for the instruction of IIO students at the RC-135 Formal Training unit. Train and develop training for IIO on aircraft systems, flight procedures, applicable regulations, and unit Standard Operating Procedures. Design, develop, and deliver cohesive situational-based scenarios that will be incorporated into RC-135 aircrew training programs. Facilitate the integration of tactical and national intelligence through a reach back system to help integrate intelligence analysis for tactical consumers.

Basic Qualifications

-5 years of experience as an Air Force 14N intelligence officer

-3 years of experience with SIGINT operations

-3 years of experience as an IIO

-1 year of experience as a RC-135 V/W RIVET Joint IIO instructor

-Experience with airborne NTI reporting procedures

-Experience with RC-135 information dissemination equipment

-Ability to perform airborne training activities and maintain FAA Class III Flight Physical

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a Standardization and Evaluation (STAN/EVAL) examiner

-Knowledge of current RIVET JOINT IIO FTU syllabi, curriculum, contents, and training methodology

-Knowledge of tactics, techniques, and procedures for providing real-time intelligence support to tactical forces

-AA or AS degree
