Information Management Requirements Analyst, Mid

Key Role:
Assist with information management-level functional requirements identification, gathering, decomposition and program objectives memorandum (POM) preparation. Apply expertise in business process modeling, supply chain consulting, and Services or Defense stakeholder management and supply relevant documentation to the Military Health System Requirements Repository (MHSRR). Apply expertise in military medical logistics subject matter to assisting the client with converting business process reengineering opportunities into IT capability initiatives that can be introduced into the MHS' IT functional prioritization process. Participate in Joint work groups to identify and capture high-level capabilities and functional requirements. Coordinate with the client to provide Information Assurance (IA) considerations and technical and system requirements for traceability and POM efforts. Convert high level functional statement and notes into high-level functional and technical requirements using industry best practices for writing high level functional and technical requirements. Analyze the creation of a Concept of Operations (CONOPS), use cases, and functional requirements documentation, as directed by MHS guidance.

Basic Qualifications:

-1 year of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with requirements gathering

-Ability to collaborate with multiple teams

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the DoD

-Secret clearance
